Was told I could park anywhere on the street except in front of his house.
He must not like awesome cars.

You need to get REAL POS and park it in front of his house.
The Saab is too good for him.

The street isn’t his property. He can go eat a rear main seal.

We were down the street shooting pictures and actually just coming back to the car to leave when he came out of his house, so it wasn’t worth the hassle of explaining to him what a public street is.

The only jackass street parked for half a block yesterday managed to park directly at the end of my driveway. Which is occupied by an unregistered, non-moving vehicle, but that’s beside the point. I mean, I get it, I don’t want to park under my half-rotten tree either, but the spot blocking my driveway is mine.

That thing would look so good with period-correct plates. If you snag a pair that match the year of the vehicle you can submit an application to TXDOT to use them as your tags when you register. Unfortunately while single plates from th 60's and 70's go for like $15, matched pairs are like $200 :-/

This should not be tolerated. I’m thinking a large dog, a ZIPLOC bag, and a moonless night.

I have a pair. But I don’t think they’re in good enough shape to use - plus these look close enough that I don’t care to. Maybe when the next (probably) terrible design comes out I will.

And I thought Saabs would only increase property value

That’s maddening. Our next door neighbors have a friend who chooses to park with the rear half of her car in front of our driveway every single time.

Reminds me of the old man who recently screamed and cussed at me “this isn’t a cut through street” on my way to my own house. He apparently doesn’t understand what public roads are. I yelled back at him and he hasn’t said anything to me since. Someone in the neighborhood suggested he may not be sober.

Idiocy!
I guess the reason I even brought it up is because I couldn’t even bring myself to say anything to them. I can’t imagine yelling at someone for where they parked if it was a legit spot.

Madness!
I probably would’ve said something to the guy who blocked me entire driveway, but nicely. I don’t see the point of yelling, that just makes people want to make your life harder. I’ve never said anything to our neighbors’ friend, because the neighbors are fantastic and we can still get out of our driveway when it happens.
